Celia Evan Correa, NP

I love my job! Every day, my goal is for people to walk out the door feeling better than they did walking in. It’s a privilege to partner in someone's healthcare journey, and it is one I don't take for granted. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve this community because, when we take care of one another, we all grow healthier together. 

I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in primary care and family medicine. I am passionate about chronic disease management, continuity of care, and preventive health maintenance, with a special clinical interest in Metabolic Dysfunction-Associated Steatotic Liver Disease (MASLD).

One of the things I value most about family medicine is the opportunity to care for patients of all ages and life stages. Building meaningful, lasting relationships with patients and their families is such a gift. I am honored to provide support to my patients during seasons of illness and celebrate every wellness milestone along the way. 

I obtained my Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Following graduation, I completed Atrium Health's Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Primary Care Fellowship at Barnett Family Medicine before joining the practice full-time. 

When not caring for patients, I enjoy crocheting, crafting, trivia nights, mahjong, exploring local restaurants, and getting lost in a good book – especially a lighthearted romance.
