Dr. Cooper Blazek is board certified in family medicine.
To choose his area of specialization, he combined his fascination with the human body and the practicality of making a meaningful impact on others’ lives.
Dr. Blazek received his medical degree at Thomas Jefferson University. He completed the Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center Family Residency program.
In his leisure time, he enjoys hiking, camping, scuba diving, traveling and spending time with his family and partner.
