I’m a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner. I focus on primary care and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.
While studying biology as an undergraduate, I volunteered at a free clinic. The nurse practitioner in charge provided such inspiring patient care, the experience motivated me to pursue a nursing career.
I received my master’s degree in nursing at the University of Virginia.
Away from work, I love spending time outdoors, watching sports and being in or around any lake, river or ocean. I enjoy weekend road trips, baking sweets to share with others and reading, especially historical fiction and thrillers.
