Biography

“I believe healing starts with being truly heard, and I make it a priority to understand each patient’s story, answer questions and create a plan together that feels clear and supportive. My goal is to meet people where they are, whether that means easing anxiety, educating them on next steps or simply being a calm, steady presence. With a holistic mindset, I see every visit as an opportunity to guide patients toward better health and equip them with the tools to feel confident in managing their well-being.”

Courtney Hall is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who focuses on treating patients in urgent care settings. She treats a wide variety of conditions, including infections, minor injuries, urinary conditions and musculoskeletal problems.

She chose urgent care because she thrives in fast-paced environments where every moment counts. She’s drawn to situations that allow her to think quickly, stay calm under pressure and provide immediate relief when patients need it most. Most of all, she strives to offer compassion and comfort.

Hall received her master’s degree in nursing at Carson-Newman University.

Outside of work, she stays busy with her son and 4 dogs, who keep life full of energy and laughter. They love spending time outdoors, whether at home, hiking or exploring new places. Hall also likes to read fiction books, and she makes sure to allow time for the little adventures that keep life interesting.
