In-person & video visitsI enjoy the variety of patients and conditions in family medicine. I feel that working in primary care gives me the opportunity to develop trusting and collaborative relationships with patients and their families.
It’s my mission to empower patients to achieve their optimal level of health and wellness, and I use my skills in active listening and developing trusting clinical and interpersonal relationships.
I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner and certified operating room nurse with a sub-specialization in addiction medicine. I treat both acute and chronic conditions throughout the lifespan.
I received my master’s degree in nursing at Purdue University. I also completed specialized rotations in family medicine, women's health, pediatrics and internal medicine.
I am married and have two stepsons. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time on the beach, reading mystery and romance novels and being with my family and friends. I also enjoy watching medical dramas on television while snuggling my shih-poo, Paxton.
