Walker is the lead APP (advanced practice provider) for Pediatric Neurology and Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics. She is a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner with specialties in pediatrics (kids and teens) and child neurology. She is skilled in general pediatric neurology and neurodevelopmental evaluations for at-risk infants.
Walker’s mother is a nurse and her grandfather was a physician. She was inspired through watching them combine their knowledge with a generosity of spirit. She received a master's degree in nursing at Vanderbilt University.
Walker has 3 lively and hilarious children who keep her and her husband busy.
