I am a non-surgical musculoskeletal specialist dedicated to helping patients maintain an active, mobile lifestyle at every stage of life. With my experience working with Division I athletics and professional sports, I bring a high-performance, results-driven approach to patient care.

I work closely with each individual to restore function, relieve pain, and support long-term physical performance, whether guiding athletes back to peak condition or helping active adults navigate the demands of aging with confidence.

With a personalized and thoughtful approach to care, I am particularly passionate about helping patients preserve independence and mobility over time. When surgery is not necessary, or not the right choice, I provide sophisticated, evidence-based solutions designed to optimize outcomes while minimizing downtime.

My practice focuses on advanced, non-surgical treatments for musculoskeletal injuries and pain. This includes in-office diagnostic ultrasound for real-time, precise evaluation of soft tissue conditions, as well as highly targeted ultrasound-guided procedures.

I offer both traditional therapies, such as corticosteroid injections, and regenerative treatments including platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and prolotherapy, tailored to each patient’s goals and condition.
