Biography

The holistic approach inherent in family medicine allows me to build meaningful connections, address diverse health concerns and advocate for preventive care. I’m drawn to the versatility of this field, where I can engage with patients of varying backgrounds, manage chronic conditions and respond to acute health needs.

I’m board certified in family medicine. I have a clinical interest in treating patients of all ages with acute and chronic conditions in urgent care settings. I’m the clinic lead for Atrium Health Primary Care Lemmond Farm Family Medicine.

I chose family medicine because of its unique blend of comprehensive care, continuity of relationships and the opportunity to support patients across all stages of life.

I received the Inspira Health Center Woodbury Family Medicine Lifelong Learner Award.

I received my bachelor’s degree in biology and a minor in psychology at Rutgers University-Newark and my medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine.

I enjoy staying active through outdoor activities with my wife, including biking, hiking and participating in 5K races. I also have a passion for cooking new recipes and exploring diverse culinary experiences at various restaurants, which allows me to connect with others over shared experiences and discover new cultures.
