Biography

Dr. Rice completed his undergraduate degree in biological basis of behavior at the University of Pennsylvania, after which, he spent three years in research at the University of Pennsylvania. He attended medical school at Howard University in Washington, D.C. Dr. Rice completed his residency at Howard University Hospital. His special interests include general surgery and laparoscopic surgery.
