Dr. Winters is board certified in psychiatry and treats all psychiatric disorders. He serves as a consultation psychiatrist at Atrium Health Behavioral Health, a facility of Carolinas Medical Center and enjoys the intersection of medicine and psychiatry.
Dr. Winters received his medical degree at The University of Texas and completed his residency at Thomas Jefferson University. He then completed his fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
In his spare time, he and his wife enjoy traveling everywhere, especially to Asia and New York City.
