“I believe mental health is an important component of our overall health and everyone can benefit from therapy. Too often, taking care of ourselves and our mental health gets overlooked. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to talk about issues that they may not feel they can talk about in other settings.”

Dr. Neese is a licensed clinical psychologist. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, eating issues, grief and loss, adjustment issues, life transitions, identity development, and adolescent and young adult issues.

She has always been interested in the relationship between the mind and body. Her 2 areas of interest are trauma and general stress management because they affect so many people. To help, Dr. Neese uses a patient-centered approach and integrates a variety of techniques, including cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy and mindfulness.

Dr. Neese received her PhD at Purdue University.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, walking outdoors with her dog and kayaking.
