Biography
"My goal is to help adults with all medical problems, especially if they have one or more chronic diseases."
Dr. Kelling is board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine and clinical lipidology. He is a certified hypertension clinician of the American Hypertensive Society. He specializes in asthma, COPD, occupational lung diseases, diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders, deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
Dr. Kelling is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American College of Chest Physicians. He received a certificate of recognition from the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association, the American Stroke Association and the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
Several of his family members were doctors and inspired him to pursue medicine.
Dr. Kelling received his medical degree at Harvard University and completed his residency and fellowship at Duke University.
In his spare time, he is interested in helping to eliminate hunger and food insecurity in children in his community.
