Dr. Elizabeth Jeffries is board certified in internal medicine and geriatric medicine. She focuses on treating people who are hospitalized.
She chose hospital medicine because she values the opportunities to partner with patients and work together towards their recovery.
Dr. Jeffries received her medical degree at Tufts University. She completed residency in internal medicine at the University of North Carolina and a fellowship in geriatrics at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
In her free time, she enjoys exercising, reading novels and spending time with friends and family. A Charlotte native, she is an avid Carolina Panthers fan. Dr. Jeffries also collects vinyl LPs and likes listening to music, both live and recorded.
