Elizabeth Maxwell is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who focuses on family medicine. She treats acute and chronic conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol), urinary tract infections, colds and viral illnesses. She also provides virtual support through telemedicine.
She chose to specialize in family practice because she enjoys getting to know and care for multiple members of families.
Maxwell received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing at Clemson University.
Away from work, she loves traveling and planning adventures with her husband and 2 dogs. Most days, she looks forward to a good cup of coffee and a walk around the neighborhood. She grew up surfing and enjoys getting back to the beach when she can.
