Emily Drummond is a board-certified physician assistant who focuses on general surgery.
She chose surgery because she is inspired by a team-based environment, hands-on work and the opportunities to fix problems and see immediate results. She’s grateful to make a tangible difference for patients, often when they need it most.
Drummond received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Gardner-Webb University.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, gardening, running, hiking, backpacking and pretty much anything that gets her outdoors. She especially loves adventuring with her partner and their dog, Tucker.
