Dr. Erin Semple is trained in psychiatry. She has clinical interests in anxiety, mood, trauma and personality disorders.
She has received awards including the Excellence in Psychiatry Award at the University of Toledo as well as the Resident Achievement Award at the University of Michigan.
Dr. Semple received her bachelor’s degree in psychology with minors in neuroscience and mathematics at Miami University. She received her medical degree and her doctorate (PhD) at the University of Toledo. Dr. Semple completed residency in psychiatry at the University of Michigan and a fellowship in psychodynamic psychotherapy at Michigan Psychoanalytic Institute.
