Dr. Erin Vrana is trained in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN). She focuses on abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB), contraception (birth control) management and prenatal care.
She was drawn to her field for the incredible breadth of practice and the patient population she can serve, and she views her work as a unique opportunity to advocate for patients and for women's health as a whole.
Dr. Vrana received bachelor’s degrees in molecular biology and French at Pennsylvania State University. She received her medical degree at Vanderbilt University, where she also completed residency in OB/GYN.
She loves spending her time outside of work with her husband and their dog, Mushu. They enjoy running, hiking, fishing, camping and just relaxing on their porch swing by the fire pit while they cheer on the Pittsburgh Steelers. Dr. Vrana also likes cooking, making cocktails, reading, knitting, singing and playing guitar.
