Evelyn Anastos is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). She specializes in working with people facing relationship issues, familial conflicts, depression, anxiety, life transitions and life stressors, including those relating to pregnancy, postpartum conditions or becoming a new parent. She also focuses on the impact of past or current traumas and how these experiences interfere with daily life.
Her work as a LCSW allows her to meet people from diverse backgrounds and take into account each person’s individual strengths and unique needs. Anastos values the opportunities to collaborate on achieving each patient’s treatment goals.
She serves as a psychotherapist with the Atrium Health mental health school-based team.
Anastos received her master’s degree in social work at Fordham University.
As a recent transplant to the Carolinas, she and her family enjoy exploring the Greater Charlotte area. Anastos is also a fan of World Wrestling Entertainment, and her favorite all-time wrestler is Triple H.
