In-person visits onlyIt is an incredible blessing to help someone in their time of vulnerability and need. There's no greater reward than knowing I've made a small difference in a child's life. I feel blessed with the opportunity to do this work. It's such a rewarding specialty, and I couldn't imagine doing anything else.
My goal is to ensure children and their families receive the best care possible so kids can grow up to be healthy, happy and fulfilled adults with bright futures. I love how joyful and resilient children are. I value the connections I build with them and their families as well the energy, positivity and compassion of my colleagues.
I am a board-certified physician assistant who treats children who are hospitalized.
I received my bachelor’s degree in biology at Georgia State University and my master’s degree in physician assistant medicine at the University of Lynchburg.
Originally from Savannah, Georgia, I love going home to spend quality time with extended family. My husband, our dog, Miller, and I enjoy relaxing at the lake, exploring local hiking trails together and cheering for Georgia Tech. I also love to travel, read, attend concerts and discover new and unique Charlotte restaurants.
