Biography

“I’m a kid at heart, so I love working with kids and seeing their smiling faces and playful spirits. My goal is to provide compassionate and genuine care to all patients, from newborns to adolescents, as well as their families. With my faith in Jesus, I want to spread health, happiness, peace and love to my community through this practice.”

Crowder is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She is skilled in primary care, including well-checks and sick visits, simple procedures such as suturing, incision and drainage for abscesses, and laceration repair. She also treats some mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Crowder is a native of Cleveland County and was previously the coordinator for Safe Kids Cleveland County. She worked in the emergency department as a nurse before becoming a family nurse practitioner. She was voted a Top 3 Best Nurse Practitioner for Cleveland County by the Shelby Star.

Crowder received her master’s degree in nursing at Gardner-Webb University.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, daughter, Stella, and son, Steele.

She is active in her church and likes to camp, shoot skeet and go to the beach. She also enjoys playing with her children, coaching her daughter’s softball team, painting and running for exercise.
