Haseena William is a board-certified physician assistant who focuses on urgent care, primary care, weight loss and women's health. She works with the virtual primary care team.
In urgent care settings, she likes the challenge of diagnosing and managing a wide range of acute conditions efficiently and confidently. In primary care, she values building trust, supporting wellness and helping patients manage chronic conditions over time.
In a previous clinical role, William led the development and implementation of a medical weight loss program, bringing a new dimension of preventive and therapeutic care to patients.
She received her bachelor’s degrees in psychology and biology at the University of North Carolina and her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Le Moyne College.
William is married with 2 children. Outside of work, she finds deep joy when spending time with her family. They love exploring the beaches of North Carolina, and they make regular trips to New York City to visit family, create memories and stay connected to their roots. William especially enjoys baking sourdough bread because the combination of science, creativity and patience helps her stay grounded.
