Heather S. Havlik, MD

Dr. Havlik is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, with a specialty in sports medicine. She has a clinical interest in the treatment of sports-related musculoskeletal injuries, non-surgical management of orthopedic injuries and conditions, and joint and soft tissue injections.

She has been named a Charlotte Magazine Top Doctor and a Sports Medicine Castle Connolly Top Doctor. She has participated in research involving the female athlete triad/tetrad and equestrian-related sports injuries.

Dr. Havlik received her medical degree at the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed a residency at Carolinas Rehabilitation.

When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children and their golden retriever. As a family, they love camping, hiking and watching movies. Dr. Havlik enjoys riding Dressage, working out and reading.
