Hong T. Bui, MD

As a pediatrician, I love watching children grow and develop from a newborn infant into a young adult. I hope to teach them healthy habits that will affect their physical, social and mental development.

I’m board certified in pediatrics and have a special interest in preventive care, newborn medicine and asthma. I have a passion for helping children when they’re sick and advocating for them when they need someone to act in their best interest.

The values instilled by my parents inspired me to pursue medicine. They stressed the importance of an education and the need to help others in any circumstance.

I received my medical degree at the University of South Carolina and completed my residency at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center.

My husband and I have three children, a boy and two girls. I love spending time with my family, playing board games, riding bikes and taking Disney cruises. I also like to read psychological thrillers and murder mysteries.
