Dr. Palmer is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN). He treats conditions that include trials of labor after cesarean sections, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, fibroids, endometriosis, menopausal symptoms and cervical dysplasia.
He wants his patients to feel seen and heard. His goal is to help them solve their health concerns and improve their quality of life.
He received his bachelor’s degree in biology at Texas A&M University and his medical degree at The University of Texas. He completed residency in OB/GYN at the University of South Florida.
Dr. Palmer is an avid reader. He and his wife, Kristina, have 4 children who give them great purpose and joy. They love playing sports together, hiking, camping, surfing and traveling.
