Dr. Jay Kumar is board certified in pediatrics. He provides well-child care, sick visits and treatment for chronic conditions. These include allergies, asthma, earaches, gastroenteritis (digestive upsets), headaches and urinary tract infections. Additionally, he screens for and treats conditions such as developmental delays and syndromes, endocrine and thyroid problems, obesity, depression, anxiety and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
He values working with children and their families to resolve complex medical issues and finds fulfillment when children recover from illnesses.
Dr. Kumar received his medical degree at Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences in Jamshoro, Sindh, Pakistan. He completed residency in pediatrics at New York Medical College.
He is married with 2 children. In their free time, they enjoy amusement parks, movies and traveling together as a family.
