Dr. Philips is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) and maternal fetal medicine. She specializes in prenatal ultrasound, genetic testing and placenta accreta spectrum.
She serves as an assistant director of Maternal Fetal Medicine at Atrium Health CMC Women's Institute. After experiencing her own high-risk pregnancy, she decided to specialize in high-risk pregnancies and is honored to be able to help families navigate challenging pregnancies.
Dr. Philips received her medical degree at the University of Virginia, completed a residency at Wake Forest University and a fellowship at Eastern Virginia Medical School.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband, 2 daughters and 2 dogs. Together, they love exploring Charlotte, including neighborhood walks and bike rides. They also love hiking and skiing.
