Dr. Wilkes specializes in adult and pediatric medicine for patients who are hospitalized.
He chose to practice internal medicine and pediatrics to focus on becoming the most well-rounded doctor possible. He values each opportunity for continual learning.
Dr. Wilkes received his medical degree at East Carolina University. He completed residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at East Carolina University.
He enjoys spending time away from work with his wife and 3 children. His hobbies include running, hiking, yard work, home improvement projects, grilling and NC State athletics.
