Biography

“Choosing my specialty in counseling felt like a natural progression for me. I’ve always had a knack for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, and counseling provided a way to harness that ability meaningfully. It allows me to build relationships, understand individual experiences and support people in achieving their personal goals. The process of guiding others through their challenges and helping them find fulfillment is incredibly rewarding.”

Jessica Mouzon is a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC). She treats conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, life balance challenges and relationship concerns.

Mouzon’s approach to counseling is eclectic, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. She draws from various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused brief therapy and feminist therapy.
