Dr. Jessica Sang is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology (digestive system and its disorders). Her clinical interests include acute/chronic gastrointestinal (GI) conditions and colon cancer screenings.
She received the Louisa Littleton, MD Award for dedication to the profession of medicine and caring for the underserved.
Dr. Sang received her master’s degree in public health at Boston University and her medical degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School. She completed residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in gastroenterology at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center.
Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Dr. Sang is passionate about working to increase the colon cancer screening rates in the Hispanic population.
