Dr. Amadeo Valdez is a general dentist who focuses on special care dentistry and oral medicine.
He is the director of the General Practice Dentistry and Oral Medicine Residency program at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center.
Dr. Valdez received a master’s degree in clinical research at the University of California and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in Monterrey, Mexico. He completed residencies in general practice and oral medicine at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center.
He enjoys spending his time away from work with his family and dogs. He especially likes outdoor sports, fitness and traveling.
