Joseph Clift is a board-certified physician assistant who specializes in treating people who are hospitalized.
He believes a meaningful life is accomplished through service and being a part of something bigger than himself. He chose to practice hospital medicine as a means of expanding his training and as a way to work with others.
Clift received his master’s degree in physician assistant studies at Mary Baldwin University.
His significant other also works as a hospitalist with Atrium Health. They spend their time away from work going on walks, exercising, cooking, watching shows and movies, enjoying restaurants and other activities. Clift was a golfer in high school and still likes to play a round from time to time.
