In-person visits onlyChildren keep me sharp, witty and on my toes. I love to see children grow, meet milestones and experience their transitions as I provide continuity of care. It’s an honor to be entrusted with this care and to support families in every way I can.
I am trained in general pediatrics and provide all aspects of care for children from newborns to adolescents.
Growing up, I witnessed my family’s frustration as we navigated difficult medical care for my critically ill grandfather. Experiences like these showed me the perils of not being seen, heard or understood and inspired my career choice. I strive to provide excellent care, make a positive impact and treat patients as if they were my family members.
I received my bachelor’s degree at Middle Tennessee State University and my medical degree at Meharry Medical College. I completed the Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center Pediatric Residency Program.
Outside of work, I enjoy interior design, action and suspense movies, trying new restaurants and boutiques, traveling and spending time family, friends and my dog, Winston. An avid sports fan, I love basketball and football, and I always cheers for the hometown teams. My favorites are the Dallas Cowboys, Memphis Grizzlies and University of Memphis Tigers.
