I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner.
My mom is a nurse, so talking with her gave me the encouragement to apply to nursing school after college. After graduation, I worked in an emergency department as a registered nurse while attending graduate school to become a nurse practitioner.
I received my master’s degree in nursing at Tennessee State University.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and child at local parks and playgrounds. I also enjoy reading and learning new languages.
