“A diagnosis of heart failure is a challenging time in a person’s life and can bring about uncertainty. Working as part of an interdisciplinary team, I consider the whole patient and provide the most up-to-date treatment plans for heart failure. I walk hand-in-hand with patients and their care teams throughout their journeys while providing comprehensive and compassionate care. It’s rewarding for me to empower my patients with knowledge so they can advocate for themselves.”
