Dungan is a board-certified physician assistant. She specializes in medical oncology (cancer) and is skilled in administering cancer screenings of the lungs, skin, head, neck and prostate.
She is an advanced clinical provider for the Disparities & Outreach program at Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute. This role allows her to combine her knowledge of urologic oncology and head and neck oncology with her passion to serve.
Dungan received her master’s degree at Chatham University.
She is married and has 3 boys. Her husband is a musician, so someone is usually singing, dancing or playing an instrument around their house. She enjoys running, sports, the outdoors and reading fantasy and health nonfiction.
