Kristen Maxwell is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who focuses on family medicine.
She is motivated by the ability to provide care over the lifespan and make a long-term impact on patients and families.
Maxwell received her bachelor’s degree in nursing at William Carey University and her master’s degree in nursing at the University of South Carolina.
She is married with 2 adult children. In her leisure time, she loves to travel, garden and stay active outdoors with her 2 German shorthaired pointers, Belle and Pearl. Maxwell also enjoys cooking, decorating, reading, listening to podcasts and spending time with family.
