Dr. Blum is trained in orthopedic surgery. She specializes in orthopedic trauma, fractures of the pelvis and hip joint socket (acetabular) and complex periarticular fractures.
She enjoys working in a specialty where she operates on every joint and extremity. Each patient and musculoskeletal issue Dr. Blum treats is unique and presents different challenges.
Dr. Blum received her medical degree at the University of Kentucky and completed a residency at the University of Michigan. She completed a fellowship at the University of Kentucky.
She enjoys spending time outside of work with her husband and 3 children. They love to travel domestically and internationally and would like to visit every national park.
