Dr. Lowder is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN). She has a clinical interest in high-risk pregnancy care, infertility, minimally invasive surgery, including hysterectomy, and in-office procedures. She has been chair for the Department of Women’s Health at Atrium Health. Prior to joining Atrium Health, Dr. Lowder was on the faculty of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine.
Dr. Lowder received her medical degree and completed a residency at East Carolina University.
She is married with 3 daughters. When not working, she enjoys spending time with extended family and friends, exercising outdoors, cooking and traveling.
