What motivates me every day is the resilience of children and the dedication of parents who work so hard to help their children thrive. Watching children grow, learn and overcome challenges is one of the most rewarding parts of being a pediatrician. I strive to be a listening ear, a trusted resource and a warm supporter for families during every stage of childhood. As children grow and change, so do their needs, and I feel honored to partner with families as they navigate each new milestone and challenge along the way.

My approach to care starts with listening. Every child and family has a unique story, and I take the time to understand their concerns, goals and experiences. My focus is on keeping children safe, supporting healthy development and creating a plan that works for each family. I often think of my role as the “bumpers” on a bowling lane – there is often more than one right answer, and my goal is to help families explore safe and effective options while feeling confident in their decisions. I rely on careful listening, clinical experience and the latest evidence-based guidance to personalize care for every child.

When you join a virtual visit with me, you can expect a welcoming environment where questions are encouraged and concerns are taken seriously. I believe families should leave a visit feeling heard, informed and supported.

I’m a board-certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP). My clinical interests include:

• Preventive medicine and helping children stay healthy
• Supporting new parents as they adjust to life with a growing family
• Addressing mental health concerns and emotional well-being in children and adolescents

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I’m married and have a son who keeps us very active. Together, we love trying new restaurants, traveling and discovering new places in our community. You can often find us exploring local libraries, visiting playgrounds or spending the day at the zoo.
