Leah Blazer is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She has a clinical interest in adult acute care with a focus on bariatric (weight loss) surgeries.
Blazer received her master’s degree in nursing at Vanderbilt University.
She spends the majority of her time outside of work with her husband and 2 children. They love traveling and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys working out and running.
