Dr. Belden is board certified in pediatric medicine with a focus on preventive medicine.
She received her medical degree at The University of Texas at Houston and completed residency at Duke University.
When not working, Dr. Belden enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters. As a family, their favorite activity is going to the U.S. National Whitewater Center for biking, paddle boarding, flat-water kayaking, rock climbing and ice skating. Her daughters keep her busy with activities that include skiing, cheer/dance and horseback riding. They have 2 Havanese dogs, and Dr. Belden’s nightly walk with them doubles as meditation.
