I am a board-certified family medicine physician with subspecialty training in diabetes. I provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan.

I’m passionate about developing strong, trusting relationships with patients and their families. I value a collaborative approach to care, emphasizing education, accountability and sustainable lifestyle changes.
I received my medical degree from the University of Guadalajara in Mexico, completed residency in family medicine at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica, New York, and went on to complete a fellowship in diabetes at East Carolina University.
Outside of work, I enjoy dancing, hiking and strength training. I especially love spending time in nature and find joy in slowing down with a cup of coffee while admiring the surrounding landscape.
