I value being a pediatrician and cannot imagine any other field that would be so rewarding. I feel fortunate for the opportunities to care for children and counsel families in times of their greatest worry and stress.
I’m board certified in pediatric hospital medicine. My research interests include refeeding syndrome in patients with failure to thrive.
I received my medical degree at Oregon Health & Science University and completed residency at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System.
Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two amazing stepchildren. My hobbies include cooking, baking and trying new restaurants. I stay active with downhill skiing, scuba diving and participating on an adult swim team. I cheer for the Denver Broncos and the Portland Timbers.
