Dr. Harmer is board certified in orthopedic surgery with a specialty in orthopedic trauma.
He received his medical degree at the University of Calgary and completed a fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. He received his master’s degree in public health from Harvard University.
When not working, Dr. Harmer enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the playgrounds around Charlotte, NC, and taking trips to the mountains and beach. He is an avid reader, favoring biographies and books about history and theology.
