In-person visits onlyDr. Neilans is board certified in critical care medicine and pulmonary disease. He has clinical interests in the diagnosis and treatment of interstitial lung disease, sarcoidosis (growth of inflamed cells in the lungs) and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (scarring of the lungs).
He completed his bachelor’s degree at the College of William and Mary and received his medical degree at Howard University. Dr. Neilans completed residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and his fellowship at Duke University.
When not working, Dr. Neilans enjoys hiking, running and camping.
