“I am a psychotherapist by profession because I enjoy being able to help others navigate their journeys and find purpose in life. I was drawn to mental health counseling when I discovered a true passion for understanding human behavior and thought styles. I find it very intriguing to understand how individuals think, feel and behave.”
Krishnasami is a licensed clinical mental health counselor. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), disruptive mood dysregulation disorder (DMDD) and ADHD.
She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from North Carolina State University and her master’s degree in mental health counseling at the University of the Southwest.
She is married with 2 children. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading. She particularly enjoys thrillers.
