“I love my job because I do believe that our children are the future and that they can only have that future by keeping them healthy physically, emotionally and psychologically.”
Dr. Rubinos is board certified in pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
She enjoys watching children grow and develop their own personalities into adulthood and feels a pediatrician plays a vital role not only in the physical well-being of the child but also the psychosocial well-being. She is grateful to be allowed into a family setting to help with the growth and development of future generations.
As a child, Dr. Rubinos was inspired by the work and dedication of her own pediatrician, who later became a mentor as she pursued her career. She always loved science, and medicine gave her the opportunity to apply science on a more human level.
She received her medical degree at New York Medical College and completed her residency at Miami Children's Hospital. She followed that with a fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center.
She loves spending time with family and friends and returns to New York as much as possible. She enjoys reading and loves to travel when her son is on school break.
