At the cornerstone of my nursing practice is humility. I strive for every patient to find dignity at every stage of care, and my goal is to provide personalized, kind and evidence-based care. I devote my time to patients because they deserve to be treated with the utmost respect and understanding.

I am a board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner.

I specialize in:

• Intra-aortic balloon pumps (IAPB)
• Heart catheterization
• Continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
• Venovenous extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), a temporary mechanical assistance device that allows for prolonged cardiopulmonary support

I am skilled in:

• Invasive line placements
• Ventilator management
• Pre- and post-heart transplant management
• Pulmonary hypertension management

I found a passion for taking care of the critically ill and their families as a registered nurse, which encouraged me to pursue advanced training in acute care as a nurse practitioner. I find it very rewarding to care for patients in an acute setting.

I received my master’s degree in nursing at New York University.

I am married and have a daughter. I love to be active, whether at the gym or outside, going to parks and greenways. I absolutely love the water and gained my divemaster certification to explore as much of the ocean as I can.
