Marlena Matusewicz, PsyD

Marlena Matusewicz is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist who holds a doctorate in psychology. She conducts comprehensive outpatient neuropsychological evaluations for adults with a wide variety of neurological conditions, including neurodegenerative disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia and frontotemporal dementias, epilepsy and traumatic brain injuries. She also treats stroke and movement disorders, such as Parkinson's disease and Lewy body dementia.

As part of Atrium Health's Comprehensive Epilepsy Program as well as the Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) Program, Matusewicz focuses on presurgical evaluations and participates in interdisciplinary consultations. She is also the coordinator for the department’s inpatient consultation service, which focuses on determining the decision-making capacity of medically complex patients.
