Matthew A. Schwartz, MD

Dr. Schwartz is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He specializes in shoulder surgery, arthroplasty, trauma and sports related injuries. He serves as medical director of orthopedics and The Center for Orthopedic Surgery at Atrium Health Musculoskeletal Institute Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Rock Hill.

Dr. Schwartz also serves as the Co-chief of the South Market for Atrium Health Musculoskeletal Institute. He received his medical degree at the University of South Florida, completed a residency at the University of Louisville and completed a fellowship at the St. Francis Shoulder Institute.
